Researching feasibility

Tenant-facing status portal
Read-only view for tenants to see request status and upcoming visits. Still validating which fields are useful without creating new support load.
Rent collection integration
Connecting with payment processors for collection tracking and reconciliation. Research phase; not available in the product today.
Tenant screening orchestration
Running credit and background checks through partner providers, with a clean audit trail.
Move-in / move-out checklists
Coordinated inspection, photo capture, and turnover flows.

We recommend integrating with QuickBooks or Xero instead of replacing them.

We optimize the response to existing listings — not listing management itself.
